Our LIVE ROAST EXPERIENCE brings the cooking to your event, with your whole lamb or pig roasted fresh on the spit right in front of your guests.
Our team arrives around 3 hours before serving time to set up and begin cooking. We take care of the roasting, carving and serving, so you can relax and enjoy the event while we handle the full spit-roast experience from start to finish.

Slider Buns, Bread Rolls, Garlic Chicken Flavoured Steam Rice, Greek Salad, Coleslaw, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Gravy and our famous home made sauces; Tangy Mild Chilli Sauce and Asian Style Sweet & Savoury Sauce.
